Before Contacting

To help us resolve your issue faster, please include:

  • Your macOS version
  • Your laser engraver model
  • A description of the issue or expected behavior
  • Console log export (if applicable — use the save button in the app's console)

License Issues

If you're having trouble activating your license, make sure:

  • You're connected to the internet
  • You're copying the full license key (including dashes)
  • You haven't exceeded the activation limit (3 devices)

If you need to transfer your license to a new Mac, you can deactivate it from the current device first, or contact us and we'll reset it for you.

Refunds

If Lùmen doesn't work as expected, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Contact us or use the LemonSqueezy order page from your purchase confirmation email.
