By purchasing Lùmen, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the software on up to 3 (three) devices you own. The license is perpetual (one-time purchase) and includes all future updates to the current major version.

Lùmen and all associated materials are the intellectual property of Dimitri Giani. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The author does not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
The author shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this software, including but not limited to damage to your laser engraver, materials, or any other equipment. You are responsible for operating your laser engraver safely and in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines.
Laser engravers can cause eye injury, fire, and material damage. You are solely responsible for following all safety precautions, including wearing appropriate eye protection, supervising the machine during operation, and ensuring proper ventilation. The software includes safety features (countdown, homing, soft limits) but these do not replace proper safety practices.
Refund requests are handled through LemonSqueezy, our payment processor. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the software does not function as described. Upon refund, your license will be deactivated.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
